I'll give it up to Chevy, they needed a solution to Ford's and Dodge's diesels, and they pretty much got it right out of the box (as long as you don't count the retofitted 350 diesels, HA), but they still all have some weakness to them

and i want some thing fast and something to pull... i live in a housing ed. im 16 and i drive a 3/4 ton 4x4 diesel truck to school.. ha. ok we farm a little bit but other then pulling some wagons and a lil bit of hauling i think i know what would fit my needs

Your 96 is NOTHING like a chipped 6.0, i know a guy around town with a durajunk with the entire banks kit, and he runs 14.8s, which is not fast for a modded diesel. and chipped 6.0s are running 14.5s and lower.....

ive never really liked the 6.o's and my dad wouldnt ever let me own one and banks sucks ballz anyway so i wouldnt even compare anything to that

Banks sucks if you want speed..if you want speed or power the right tuning is very crucial regardless of make and model.


i'm sorry i should have mentioned the $400 bucks it takes to do the sleeves and centerlink

What about just craking down the torshion bars for a temp(crutch) fix it seems to work pretty well.
