Skooled a Ricer!

We were coming home, and I saw a glowing green eclipse coming up fast on me I Punched the Go/Smoke Screen Pedal, and left him there ....
We get up to the light, and he is trying again, and not getting anywhere. I finally turn to go home, and he is on my hiney .... I motion him to pull over, and he was like "I was trying to keep up man I was doing 110mph" .... so I ask him if he has been in a Tuned Diesel before.... he and his buddy say "NO" so I said get in ..... I gave him a taste of what a boosted launch feels like .... .....

I he left saying I NEED to get a diesel!

Me & "the Big Girl" converted one for the Oil Burners!

Sweeet!

its awesome when you can show another car lover your ride and they learn to respect it. They start young and lack knowledge, thus become ricers, but experiences like this help the grow into true tuners.

That is the kinda story you can respect. To each there own. Every body rags on Ricers you never hear of the losses to a well tuned one. Some of the little ricers are pushing serious horse. A 4cyl pushing 500HP should be inpresive to any true car guy.

I could not agree more. I too hate the "rice" crowd with the huge exhaust on a stock car, pep boys stickers yadda yadda. My last car was a '03 Mitsubishi Evolution AWD with 458 hp to the ground. It was a beast. There are alot of people that own imports that have impressive cars while not being "rice". Props to being a nice enough guy to let the ride in your truck and broadening their horizons!!

I do not like Apple MACs but I respect them.... just not my flavor ... and so it is with Automobiles ... I repects the import crowd ... I think Evo's are GREAT the WRXSI the Neon SRT4, and now the KING the skyline we will have to deal with .... I LOVE Corvettes and Stangs, camaros, firebirds ... BUT my flavor is F2-fitty baby ...... but if someone else wanted to show me thier ride I would look, and ride if offered, and I could admire it for the art they created with their vehicle .... I didn't think about that part until y'all pointed it out though ......
