Got beat, and beat.
Today I was coming back from lunch and a kid in a Dmax that I always see around, we know of eachother, have same friends, just never met. He pulled up next to me a light we chated a bit, he has some serious mods done to his Dmax, cant remember all of them but said he ran 12.9 in the 1/4 so for the heck of it, we ran when the light went green, i pulled on him for a bit then he came back and pulled on me, I would say his truck is a bit faster but I also started lugging for fuel and tripped my CEL. then a buddy of mine in a 12v with fuel plate and pump turned up came up next to me, I blew his doors off...
so looks like I will be doing the regulated return and daul fuel pumps sooner than I had planned, I cant have Dmaxs beating me, the only good news is i am on 35s and he is on stock tires with rims, and I ant doing that bad. |

man if you kept up with that truck with an edge then you are doing perty good you should get a tw or dp. but are you running bigger injectors or stocks.

as soon as i get back to town on tues I will be at the shop picking up these parts. then i think im going to do NOS, I have no idea how it works in diesel, do you have to push the buttom or can you have it inject when it needs it like water.meth?
nnnnoooo, I had an edge. ive got complete custom tunning and stage 3 injectors, and a whole list of mods to go with them |

Someone is blowing smoke up your *** because i 12v of any year with just a fuel plate will not run anywhere near a 12.9.

He said the DMax ran a 12.9 not the cummins.
