Wasted an Impala SS

I took my GF and her sister to the Renassonce "cant spell" festival today by Charlotte and on the way back I was minding my own running about 73-75 mph and having a good time. I come up on a semi and signal my lane change and start to go by. Meanwhile in my rear view is a brand new V-8 Impala SS closing VERY VERY fast. He shoots to my right to try and get around me before I catch the semi. I politely accelerate to cut him off. Now he is mad and right on my butt. I can only see his sunroof over my tailgate. I usually perform a brake check but that little switch on my dash was screaming my name. I was rolling on the 75hp setting and I said to the girls, Wanna see some smoke? You better look fast! Hit 125hp and put her to the floor! They were flipping out cuz you couldnt see the Impala out anymore. The speedometer neddle was on 0 and the odo was back to dashes. So I don't have any idea how fast I was going. I switched it back to 75hp and continued on my way.

Not over yet, here comes the Imp. I hit 125hp again and eaaaaasssseeee in to the pedal. Just enough so we are both accelerating side by side.

Guess what? He hits his speed limiter and I smoked his :censord: again! I love my truck!

Good deal. The more I read, the more I itch to get another programmer for my new truck, and its not even broke in yet.... Oh, lord... Give me the strength to resist (for just a while longer). Dang it I'm weak... Good kill Jon.

Sweet kill .
Shu873, you have the same problem as me. i've wanted to get a chip so that I could smoke this cummins in my town, he smoked me the seccond week I had my F250, and I told him that I wanted a rematch, but I also promissed myself that I wouldn't chip it until it had at least 10k on it. So got some left to go.

just turned 4k on the odometer

so its going to be a while yet. I had a superchips on my '05 and I really miss it. But after all I read on this site, I now want something that not only provides more power, but want a controller in cab with gauges too. Still not sure which brand I want to spend the $$$ on though. Just got my exhaust done, so that's out of the way already. But it still sucks to wait...
