The Cummins guys get a priceless look on their face when they get owned by a 7.3L. They are not the only ones with compound turbos.

im on the fence when it comes time to purchase a new truck to stick under my wrecker body... i've ran fords for 4 years now and i love the 7.3. its a bit noisy but i dont mind that... its just hard to ignore the dodge when it comes to price and warranty.. its like the itch i wanna scratch but cant reach.... i've had the pleasure of test driving many of the new cummins in all different set ups. 2wd,4wd, stick, auto, ccab, reg cab, etc, etc.... it definetly got more room inside and the side mirrors are awesome.. the motor itself is quiet and the turning radius is amazing... i have towed many a dodge bhind my ford and they are a bit heavy but its like anything else, a dually pickup acts 1 way, a 4500 wrecker is gonna b a lil bit different. wish i could test drive one that was already a tow truck to see what it would really b like out there on the road... but, i doubt that will ever happen... oh well, not in a rush to part with my ford just yet...

if he's got the cash to push that hp, than he most likely has some coin n2 the trans... no doubt, 10k or more.. he might have a gear vendors od unit in it too.... if he does, than he is at full boost all the time with splitting the gears w/o ever gettin off the go-fast pedal.... nasty setup... lotsa money, and all kinds of brag'n rights..
