SR20 240SX vs 04 6.0

Well, this was the first "race" in my truck. I've only had it about a month now, (traded my '12 Ecoboost F150, truck ran 12.8-13.0 in good DA) my 250 is a Single cab long bed. Has K&N intake, Banks Elbow, EGR delete, 3.5" downpipe, 5" pipe, Innovative Xtreme Street tune.

Now for the story, a guy I work with just bought a nice 240 with a Redtop swap. We left work last night and happened to end up at a red light next to eachother, so, as any coworkers would do, we both looked at eachother and smerked. I don't have a boost gauge yet, but I launched at about 1500rpm. Light turn green, I heard his fart can screaming, I pulled about 3-4 car lengths by the next light. I was very surprised since he talked that car up a lot. and the funny thing is, a lifted 6.0 sped up behind me and gave me a thumbs up lol.

Nice kill. I just did a 4WD 10 PSI boost launch Friday and couldn't believe how fast the truck came off the line. Left my friend's 5.0 Mustang in the dust.

Easy kill..SR20's are dirt slow. They have just enough torque to get those little 240s sideways and then everyone thinks they're the king of drifting..
