KILL: Mazda RX-8

Friday I was leaving my normal fuel station just minding my own. right after I leave the station I have to make an immediate right onto a long desolate side road. there was 3 vehicles, an extremely slow driving impala, a red mazda rx8 with 2 teenagers with windows down, and me poking along with the AC on after a day of work. I was ready to get home so I decided I was going to pass everyone, apparently the rx8 had the same idea so we both pulled out to go around the slow car. I was going a bit faster than the mazda but nowhere near hauling a$$ so I just stayed over to go around him too. apparently he didn't like the idea of a 1 ton diesel passing him so he took off. WRONG MOVE SPARKEY! go pedal to the floor, I went around him about 20mph and got in front of him with a smile in satisfaction as I let off and slowed back down to safer speed. I look back and he jumps in the passing lane now that he has a head start, WRONG MOVE AGAIN, back on the floor I went and further back he went still in the passing lane hoping I ran out of speed, of which never happened. I have no idea how fast I was going but it took a lil while after I finally backed off the throttle before the speedo needle came from past 100. he turned off the last little road before the stop sign at the end of the road so I couldn't get theyre facial expressions of defeat in a supposed "fast" car.

really wish he would've pulled up the the stop sign and wanted to try it from a dead start so he could be embarrassed further after a 4wd boosted launch.

Thanx guys. That's my first true race with this truck, i don't really go around looking for a race. Well except for Cummins trucks, but i think they mostly all know not to mess with a 6.4 with just bolt ons.

Yea they are. Little did the Lil Mazda know, but I'm only on the 300 Spartan tune. I honestly don't feel like the 350 tune is safe for the street
