beat by a chevrolet 3500

my buddy called me out to race i have a stock truck with a superchip and he has a stock truck dont know bout chips but he let me leave and i can beat him till we go to 3rd gear and he walks way from me.

my uncle has been thinkin bout lettin his 06 6.0l go to get a new truck becuz hes afraid of reliability but he wont listen to me but anyways he test drove one of the new 08 duramax's and he said he thought he was gonna break the tires loose at full throttle from a roll but other than that he said they road like **** and interior sux.

Well IDK bout them chebbies. Ive spoken to several diesel mechanics and all of em tell me the same thing, if you want reliabilty go with psd or cummins.

As for breaking em loose from a roll, thats no problem for my '99 and all ive got is the bully dog, well thats all ive done to it. Seriously even with these brand new BF goodrich A/T's I can spin em at least going 30mph. In my old and practically bald firestones, id spin 'em doing 50.

No doubt the D-Max is fast........but the reasons I didn't buy one were for the IFS, horrible ride and very uncomfortable
