I won and it still cost me $500.00. Built Ford Tough.

Well this last Fri I was backing out of my driveway and the idiot that owns the house next to mine (he dosnt live there, just owns it) has a Jag that he stores there. Well he decided it would be a good idea to park it behind my truck so the guys remodeling his house could use the drive way. Now mind you he has plenty of room to park it in front of his own house but chose mine I guess.

Well I nailed that mofo and hardly even felt it. Got out and not a scratch on my truck. I left my name and # on a note and put it on his car. I figured I should do the right thing. Well 3 days go by and its still there and I havent heard from him. Well he finaly calls, didnt know If I did it or just witnessed it. I explaned what happened, he said not a big deal I told him I'll call my insurance and have it fixed. He said that was fine and he would come and move it. Well he never came to move it, the problem is I have to drive through my grass and over my curb to get out of my drive way with out hitting it. So he calls my house and my wife answers, a min or two goes by and I can tell things are not going well on the phone. I get on there and he basicly refuse's to move it out of the way till my insurance calls him, I explained that I spoke with them 3 times already and they said they would cover it. Well he said he'll just wait till he hears from them. I then explained how I didnt have to leave my info on the car I could have just said dumbass shouldnt have parked it there and went on my way, I mean theres not even a scratch on my truck right. I told him he then would never know who did it. I told him I can also call my insurance and cancel the claim and then offered to move it my self with a tow trap ( ) if he didnt move it by 9pm that night. Well he agreed to come move it then but felt the need to say its not because he thinks I'll do it, haha I made it a point to hook the strap up to my hitch and loop it in a figure 8 and leave it sitting on my bumper as I sat in the driveway waiting for 9pm. I wanted him to know I had every intention of following through with it. There is a lot that I left out that he said to me and my wife that lead up to me reaching my boiling point but I figured this post is long enough. Enjoy the pics lol.

Got a chain, move it yourself. Or if you want to make him real mad. How long has it been parked on the street. Has it been over 72 hours. If so I would ask the local police what the ordinances are on abandoned vehicles left on public streets. They may come out and move it for you. They will move it right to the impound lot.

BTW Ford may have owned Jag when that car was built.

Well he moved it with about 15 minutes to spare last night. And he is loaded my wife looked him up on the local tax registry web site and found out he lives in a 400,000.00 + house on the lake a mile or two down the road. He also owns another 22 properties this is just one of them. If I'd known that I might just have said screw em, well at least if I had known he would turn out to be such a problem. And I did call the sheriffs office and there is a local sheriff that live just a few houses down. They basicly said the same thing as long as he is with in 18"s from the curb he is legal. But they also said to check for the subdivisions rules and that just said its only in violation if its been in the street for over 7 days. And thats crap if you ask me because we got a letter about my little Escort GT rice rocket thats in my drive way because they said we cant store cars. I thought what the hell, its registered and inspected and under a car cover, am I not allowed to own more than one car? I mean when I was still active duty I would be gone for 6-7-9 months and never got a letter. I think its just because its a Jag they figure its ok. I have to keep my 79 T/A in storage because of these nazis.

Yeah lol, and yeah I thought about it ha ha. And I also thought of moving it to the middle of the street and calling a wrecker too.
