Same ole Same ole

And this time it was a truck to boot.

Coming home from work tonight, I pulled up beside and mid 90's 12v dually. Of course junior is driving and I just couldn't stand it. A little burp of throttle, bait is taken. We start winding 'em up, he notices my plume is around the 35ft mark(thank god for no wind as it ruins this), the light turns green and I reel down and set the hook, I am gone like nobody's business.

I do like to have fun sometimes, he catches me a couple lights down the road, I just happen to have Fridays newspaper still in the truck and was acting like I was reading it, he pulls up and looks over and just busts out laughing. We both do the mutual thumbs up and go on.

Having a little fun plus making someone laugh, this wasn't a kill, it was just plain fun.

In all honesty, I'm glad these are happening recently. I'm debating pretty heavily on letting this truck go and go after another hotrod. It's a hard debate as it still puts the same smile on my face as the day she came home. But, can't have a bunch of vehicles laying around.
