Had troubles getting past a 5.9 cummins

I pulled out on highway behind a 5.9 and we went speed limit through town. Then he started rollin smoke and i was already in 140 tune, so I got on it. I kept up with him to right at 100 mph. He smoked the whole time. I barely blew any. He didnt kill me so to say, but I didnt have enough to get around him if I had the stretch.

I really wanted to take him.

I can't beat my buddy's chipped cummins..
Tho I might be having problems with the computer.
(PO might have left it in a tow program before he pulled the chip out.)

Its an early 99 ex cab 4x4. WW2, EBPV delete, 4" turbo back, DP-tuner, AD injectors, 17* HPOP, boost fooler, 6637, 140v IDM, rebuilt tranny.

I cant find out how to put it in my sig
