killed then got killed

So been working on my truck all day putting on a Banks High Ram and then taking off my SS rocker and had a bunch of remover on the truck so I take it to go wash it and this punk kid is sitting there with he D-max. The change machine there was broke so I left to go get some change and he follows me out. He tries to race me but I wot race in town so I lose him and go back and wash my truck. When I get done he is sitting there again so I pull up and ask him if he wants to see what its got. I take him out to the country on a deserted road and line em up. He tells me we can only race to 70 cause his tranny starts to slipp over 70. We take off and I get a jump on him and stay ahead off him and then he starts to pull up next to me thru the 3-4 shift (Damn EDGE) and then it finally shift and I just walk away. We line up again and I was a little slow off the start and he pulled on me but not by much. I was talking to the kid afterward and come to find out he was running a triple dog and a duramaximer stacked and exhuast. The dumb kid didn't even have any guages. This was my first kill. I just wish I would of had my SCT so I could of walked on him both time.

I was hoping to have it this week but got some guy on ebay who one an auction that was to fund my sct but now doesn't want it and doesn't want to pay. I know that the edge tear tranny's. I just got my truck a couple months ago and didn't know alot about them and edge seemed like a good brand. As I've done research I've found out different. the edge is going on display duties only soon.
