Burdern of Proof,

Okay guys i know if sounds crazy but bear with me alright.

Cop sees a man Middle age man with a Gotee, red tennis shoes and a shirt that says I love goats, rob a store. The Cops see this in the middle of the night in a well lit area. there are no video cameras on the store the cops police car cam didnt see it happen.

Now your telling me because the cop saw this man and there is no other proof he shouldnt do something....

the Cop saw you blow soot it looks remarkably like tires smoking espcially at night. He did what he was suppose to he stopped you and gave you a ticket.

My old Boss was telling he was visiting his wifes family in Holland. A cop pulled him over for speeding and said it was a 200 dollar fine and he had to pay then. he said he didnt carry 200 dollars on him. the cop said we take credit and pulled out a credit machine.

At least we dont pay first then ask questions LOL

You could just tell them that you had a heavy load in the bed and were under heavy (but still very slow) acceleration to get going.

I had similar happen in Bowling Green, but I was as guilty as OJ. I busted a left turn and got a bit sideways with black smoke spewing out right in front of a county cop. I just wasn't paying attention to my surroundings. His report on the ticket said I "Spun tires to a high rate of speed causing smoke to come from them" Eh, buddy...most of the smoke wasn't coming from my tires.
