1) I had a 90 GMC 4x4 before this with a big weight distributing drop hitch. I was sitting at a red light and some lady in a Volvo wagon used my truck to stop her car. I didn't even see it coming. It was like getting hit in the back of the head with a 2x4.

I got out expecting to see her car under my truck, but being the shoebox/tank wagon from way back when, the car was fine other than both headlights hanging out of the buckets (sealed beam I guess?) My truck had 1k in damage, bent frame, wrecked hitch (cracked near the frame).

2) Got nailed in the F250 the morning of my best friends funeral, and the morning my stepfather passed away. I stopped in time for the red light, little honda accord did not. Keep in mind this is probably the worst part of town (sniffers/huffers/etc) Huge black guy jumps out of the car and starts yelling and banging on my window. I pushed the door open and got out with my maglight. I told him to calm down and that it was his fault. We exchanged words over and over until he noticed the maglight in my hand. Dialog went something like this:

"What's that for?"
"What do you think? It's 11am, do you think I need a light? YOU run into ME, and start giving me attitude and banging on my window, you think I'm going to take that ****?"
"Well.."
"So get your license and reg out, let's get this over with.'
"Man, I don't need this today. I'm late for work."
"You have no idea what a bad day is even like."

He contested that I shouldn't have stopped at the red light and the accident was my fault, but the insurance company just laughed at him and pushed it through.

Damage to my truck was $86 and his car was written off. The hood was folded up, the rad punched through, both fenders caved into the tires, you name it. The car had a rebuilt title to begin with so it was no big deal. That was probably the worst day of my life. It was also about -50C that day with the wind.

Well lets see.... I was on my way to school one afternoon and noticed that there was a crotch rocket behind me pretty far back. The cars in front of me started to slow down because somebody was turning so I did the same. Well I guess the guy on the bike wasn't paying attention because he proceeded to lock up the brakes and lay the bike down. He ended up rolling into the ditch and the bike slid up and hit me in the back. Pretty funny too because I have a trailer hitch with a 6" drop down extension on it and that just ripped into his bike. Brand new motorcycle totaled out, leaking oil from 3 places, coolant all over the place, and not one scratch on my truck.

Majority of crotch rocketers are idiots. Always speeding being reckless and doing there gay hand signals thinking they are traffic police. Reminds me of an incident. I'm at a jobsite and an 18 wheeler with trailer is pulling out. Well the truck gets out but the trailer axles are still in the drive approach. Well a CR comes around the curve probably going 80 in a 40 zone. He laid the bike down slid under the trailer and hit the curb. It was completly his fault. If the truck driver didn't see him and pulled the trailer axles onto the road the guy on the CR would have been dead.

Lol..... yeah this guy was a moron. After he awoke from being unconscious we had to tell him what happened about 8 times and all he could say was "the big truck in front of me was stopped" lol. I just kept thinking to myself what a freaking moron.

Two stories.

One in my old gasser chevy a chick rear ended me.....just went right under the truck and damaged the dual exhaust I had installed on it, the exhaust went outward at the bends and hit the shocks damaging them. The bumper just had a few scratches. Her ins gave a check for over 1200 and I used 500 of it and fixed it all myself aside form the exhaust.

The other I had a street racer cut over in my open lane to avoid rear ending a car in the lane to my left, he jammed on his brakes immediately and I nailed him. This was in my 99psd. It just dented the bumper a little bit and cracked the grille on the right side. That was it. His had over 6k damage

I was cruising home on a pretty wet night. The storm was in full swing as I pulled up to the intersection light. Took a look in my rear view mirror about 3 seconds before this little Honda hit me. I got out, and saw that his airbags were deployed and he was flailing around. I went over there, made sure he was fine (he was) then took a look at my truck. Not a scratch. His car had a shattered radiator, broken engine/transmission mounts, crushed battery, puked coolant everywhere, and untold other mechanical damage. The police took about 45 mins to respond. The officer walked up to me, and thought i had stopped to help. Other driver walked away with a tow, and I started up and drove off.

My Truck's rear bumper is a custom welded job. Its made out of 3/8ths steel, and has a 1/2 inch backing attaching it to the frame. An 8 ton pintle hitch, diamond plate steps and a standard receiver finish it off.

This car was BRAND NEW, just rolled off the lot about 3 months earlier.
