Got Killed by a D-Max

My boss of all people. Will i have a SCT on street tune, 4" turbo back exhaust cat in and a airaid filter. He says he is completly stock but he walked away from me pushing out black smoke the hole time. We tried from died stop, we tried from 30 mph, 60 mph and all 3 times smoked me. All 3 times too well above a hundred. I did not know this could happen with the mods i have. Wow i am going to get ragged at work tonite this just sucks

That sucks. Well if he was pouring smoke, well he more than likely was not stock. Those trucks are fast, but with your mods. you at least should have kept up with him.

Do you have the preloaded SCT street tune? If that's the case you are gonna need a custom tune to get the job done. But it'll be alright, you can still take him down later.

6.0's are quick also. If he bought it used, he might not know what was done to it. Or he's blowing smoke up your @**. You should have got him. I pulled away from a duramax the other night, he was on my tail. Not paying attention "til I looked the the rear view.

I got custom tunes from innovative diesel, but i was running the preloaded street tune. It was a last minute thing so i did not have time to change the tune. What else can i do beside putting the performanve tune on?

He's BS'ing ya, he wasn't stock. Not beating you on an SCT, him blowing smoke and well above 100mph. I'm stock too, I'll race him.
