I guess this is a kill?

Someone might know this guy--- beware long story---

Thursday evening I'm traveling s/b Hwy 59 near Beasley/ Kendelton area, for 5 miles stuck behind a UPS idiot and a small car. UPS idiot was in the fast lane and the small car in the slow lane. Everytime the small car sped up/ slowed down the idiot stayed with him. So, now we have people blowing their horns and flashing their lights stuck behind the 55 mph UPS Police. I thought I was going to get to cut off the UPS and did a fast change to the slow lane to try and squeeze between the car, who had sped up, and the idiot. But alas, he saw my attempt and nailed it, blowing smoke out to keep up with the car. Behind me had been a sweet black PS with a huge grill, looked to be 4X4. When I did my attempt at a pass, the big beauty rode up on the UPS guy to about a foot off his bumper. Now I'm slowing back down as I am on top of the car and I see a lot of black smoke pour from the PS. This guy passes on a acceleration lane from a crossover... WOW. He shoots by the UPS idiot and continues on his way. Now, the shocker was he was pulling a trailer with a Yellow Jeep on the rear. WOW. He passes the UPS (who was at 55 mph) like nothing, towing a trailer, on an acceleration lane (short)! I want his set up!
