Cummins killed a 7.3

Well I was driving down to Clackamas to get some work done on my 5.9 and there's this punk in a 02 7.3 who thought he was faster than me and kept blowing smoke and doing fly bys. Finally I had enough and he got to my rear bumper and I floored it and just took off and kept it floored to about 110. By then he was probably 6 truck lengths back at I floored it at 55mph. His girlfriend thought it was hilarious. After that he no longer wanted to play. I took my truck to the dyno today and it put down 544hp with stock injectors, stock cp3. Just a clutch, lift pump and 63/68/12. Currently getting twin turbos, stage 2 BBI injectors and other miscellaneous stuff. Going for a 700-800hp daily driver with the capability of 1000. I know it was an easy kill but it's a kill. Still looking for the perfect 6.4 to do a make a fummins.

Nice kill. 7.3's aren't fast at all without major work. As for the 08-10 fummins, why not just stick with the 6.4? It has way more potential that the 5.9 and is still reliable once you delete the emissions crap. It's your truck but just a suggestion.

Yeah I knew it wasn't going to be fast since I drive a 94 7.3 as well. If I wasn't putting so much money into my motor I'd keep the 6.4 but I really like my 5.9 and there's something about a Fummins.

I murdered a 7.3 a couple months ago in my stock appearing 6.4 service truck. he definitely didn't expect that.

no way in hell I'd replace a 6.4 with a 5.9 and I've owned fifteen 5.9 trucks

Odd, my girlfriend laughed at the guy who though he was a badass when he beat me in his 2009ish challenger rt. Was not even trying to race the guy, just stepped on it so he would stop jumping next to me.
