Destroyed a mid 90's Corvette

Yesterday I was on my way home from my weekend job and noticed a mid 90's white Corvette out in front of me. Nice car, clean with some cool chrome rims. I got behind him on 278 E outside of Rockmart. He got on it a couple times and ran up a little ways, then would fall back close while I held my speed. Just 2 many cars around to play.Then when we turned off of 278 onto 101, it was just me and him. He flipped his cigarette out the window and nailed it at about 30mph. There was about 2 car lengths between us. I put peddle to floor as soon as I saw the puffs from his exhaust and the rear end buckle down. By 50mph I was getting along side him. You should've seen the WTF look on his face as I passed. I didn't let off till' well over 100mph and he was way back, probably 100-150yards or so. I slow down and tried to let him catch up to play some more, but he wouldn't come close. I know the old Vettes aren't the fastest things around, but it felt great to smoke his azz.

My truck is currently running and MTW Stage 1 w/ batmo, S&B CAI, MBRP turbo back straight pipe, AIS water/meth injection system, a tweaked version of the SPD tune for the MTW turbo, Bill's Hercules 100 FICM tune on a Quick Tricks 58V FICM and all the rest on stock injectors. I have been very impressed with this setup and can't wait to get the new Hybrid from MTW on it (64.7x88mm w/ .58 AR compressor).

Thanks. BTW, I stayed right around 1400* max temp on that little jaunt. I was just as impressed with that.

Thoughts or wishes?

I think it'll be just as nice as the Stage 2 for those of us running stock to say 175/30's, but bigger injectors will benefit from the .72AR in the Stage 2.

I wish it would get me to 500rwhp on fuel only and 535-540 with the water/meth engaged.

I plan on hooking up and towing soon after I get it installed. It'll all be in my review. I have no doubt that this is gonna be a wicked towing turbo.

They only have 300hp.
