Katie and I left my house Tuesday a tad late.. and I was rushing to get to work. Next thing I know she's about to blow by me in her dually so I speed up and we're going about 75 in a 55. Of course, the light ahead turns red and we're side by side. I jokingly say "wanna go" and to my surprise she said SURE. Well it's a long light... traffic catches up to us....

The light goes green... and we're off! I'm staying right next to her getting giddy watching the smoke blow out in huge plumes... We quickly leave the traffic behind us, but as I watch the smoke settle, around a dark gray crown victoria I get a "oh sh!t" feeling. I start yelling "COP COP" and we both let off... Well the cop speeds up, gets behind Katie and throws his lights on - I was like no freaking doubt... well then he rides down the middle of the lane and follows me after Katie pulls over. I get over and we're all 3 pulled over w/in about 20 feet of each other. The cop was cool, he talked to us both, and let us both go... but I think it's FREAKING hilarious to see all that smoke engulf a cop car in pursuit LOL!!!!

I wish I would have gotten a picture of us all sitting there on the side of the road, but I didn't think about that for once...

No doubt, that's got to be about the 15th time I've been pulled over now drive:

It's usually stupid stuff too...

Anyways - her truck pulled really well off the line... I was like O dayum! According to her edge though she's running low 17's with a boosted launch...

Remind me to tell you the story of me pulling a statie outta a ditch on Elkton Rd one year when I was still living down there.
