Driving friends 2500 Duramax today and pulling out of his street I smoke out some kids and made a few jump and made the other ones run away. Well later on down the road me and a 6.0 take off at a light and this old guy just takes off well I step on it and leave him in the smoke. Well this Chevy kicks azz besides the tranny on it has turned to junk.

yup theirs a guy in town here that has an 01 that is mean!! but he cant keep trannys in it. his latest tranny is a performance built one and its already shifting funny he told me

ya the duramax can be mean but anything over 350 to 400rwhp your on your own with the stock trannys unless you do the Sun Coast or ATS tranny..
hey does your buddys LBZ out run your PPE tuned 6.0L PSD?

makes ya wonder whatz happening to Allison. They aint lookin good in my book. When Chevy took them on I was like MAN O MAN...........That'sGonnaBe The Shet!! Shet it Be!!

the Allison tranny is an awesome tranny when in stock form but after you add extra HP your talking completly different ball game but when you install a Stage IV or V Sun Coast or ATS with the 1056 or 1057 TC from either brand your good up to 800+rwhp and i have never heard of a guy breaking one after the tranny upgrade..

He sold the PPE because it takes to long to load so he got the edge evolution. But when he had his PPE he would win the last half of the races but I only raced him with my truck on level 5 out of 10 and his truck was on level 3 out of 3. Off the line I would take him with 35's but he would catch up and win with his skinny 33's.
