Cummins, not!

Well my buddy just got a 94 12 valve that has 90 horse injectors, bigger turbo and some other odds and ends and all he has been talking about is how much power it has and how fast it is. So today I finally got sick of it and asked him to race, I turned my PHP chip to 120 race on an otherwise stock 7.3 besides intake and exhuast and I just killed him. There was really no comparison at all he was gone as soon as I floored it and his excuse was he missed a gear lol. But then he still wouldn't shut up about it so we decided to hook chains. We only pulled on dirt but we did it three times and I won all three times all the cummins would to is blow a bunch of smoke. After we got done he said to me I'm not doing that again, next time I'm buying a FORD lol!

This story strikes me as odd, because my 94 12v with stock injectors out of a 215hp truck and 181 delivery valves and some afc tweaks and a stock hx35 would blow my 01 psd (with a ts performance chip, intake, and exhaust and a built tranny) out of the water. Sounds like somebody doesn't know how to tune a 12v, unless of course php has some crazy tuning that wasnt available when I had my 01 a few years ago. I'll bet this will get some nice replies!
