2001 F250 vs 2000 2500 dodge

Well I had the ex girly in the truck last night and I was trying to get a lil mustang to race and it wasn't working b/c a big rig was ifo them. While doing this I rustled up another diesel and I heard him thrompin it. Big ole exhaust, about a 4 inch lift or so with 35's. It was roughly a 99 or 00, regular cab. So needless to say I pulled behind him, the light turned green, we hit it... I had to back out for a second, wait till we were clear of the other car, get over in the other lane and passed him s-l-o-w-l-y, by the time we were at about 80mph I was a truck length ahead. The next light was a different story, we were side by side and took off. I actually didn't take off hard at first since we had passed cops at mcdonalds w/ someone pulled over but he started off... spun the beepbeepbeepbeep out of the tires then took off... I hit it, quickly caughtup, passed and by about 70mph had another truck length on it. I didn't think I was going to beat him cuz he was pouring the black smoke (upgrades n stuff). I've only ever put the truck thru wot a few times, and this was one of the times... it pulls sooo frickin hard idk wat it was but I guess it was building boost and it just put you back in the seat... lol can't wait till I get my chip --> Also, this wasn't a dodge bashing thing either, when we got done we met up and talked at the next light and started spinnin the tires and I turned right and he turned left and it was cool haha.

Had you been racing a Duramax the outcome would have been different, A Powerstroke has never been able to keep up with me, Dodges on the other hand to give some competition, I have even been beat by one, but never a Powerstroke.

So I beat a dodge, which gives you competition, but somehow my truck wouldn't?

I know, that as of right now, I wouldn't beat a duramax stock vs stock...

yes, both the 7.3 and the 6.0, but maybe it wasnt fair, I dont know what modifications they have on the trucks, mine is heavly modified though.
I run low 13's right now, if i took off the aftermarket heavy bumpers and
toolboxes I'd probably be in the 12's 1/4 mile.
