05 stroker vs. 07 dmax

So one night we are all sitting around the campfire having a few and my friend keeps talking **** about how fast and how much hp his duramax is putting down and wants to have a pull off. Being im the only ford truck there everybody there is talking about how they dont think i have a chance in a race or a pulloff. So finally i tell him a race means nothing. Our trucks might be fast but i didnt buy a 3/4 ton truck to race, a worktruck is for pulling. So we chain up pull tight and a friend counts down to go and i keep on my breaks till about 20psi. As i let off my brakes he does to i instantly start moving forward and hear him floor it, after i have some momentum i hammered down and took off with him like a toy behind me! Needless to say do to chevys junk IFS, he had a trashed front end and was replacing tierods the next morning since both tires were pointed in and the tierods looked like horse shoes! Haha solid front axle=one more reason superdutys are the best worktruck!

That's hilarious, suks he had to buy new front end parts like that, truely a shame his mouth wrote a check his truck couldn't cash.

Haha heard that! His response was..."that IFS makes it ride like a cadi!" i said that may be but....if u wanna ride in a cadi, buy a cadi. But i garantee u bring ur cadi to work with me one day and ur "nice ride"...it will be the least of your concerns when ur in the mud with 2 6k rake waggons loaded with hay and no tongue weight for trction and he didnt kno what to say since his truck pulls a light trailer occassionally never off the blacktop and he knows its never been put to a worktruck test nomatter how much he wants i to be!
