Me and my friends were hanging out one night and one of our buddies has been trying to race me since he got his 2009 d-maxx, I'll give it to him its sharp and his PPE programer will make it flat out run, now I'm stock on 35's with a exhaust. I tell him you want to see who has the real truck let's do a real diesel test and hook bumpers. That's all it took we head out to the field. We hook up in 4 hi on the third honk we go at it and the old ford slowly pulls away, not the race kills most of y'all have but it works for me. And he hasn't talked crap about the 6.0 again

What tires was he running?

He had 33s all terrain and mine are 35 Kelly tsr

yup a little height to lift some weight off him and maybe your tires are in better shape, long wheel base V.S. short all sorts of variables that have nothing to do with being the most powerful

man talk about tryin to rain on ur parade lol, i got a buddy with a 04 dmax always talkin crap on my truck cuz its a ford ( which he hates) and its a 6.0 so i just got my sct in an pulled up at his house one night told him to put up or shut up he got in his an he has a bully dog programmer and we went out to his farm has about half mile strait away for his drive way an we went on 3 i took him on the launch an kept on haulin havent heard a peep about how slow and crappy my truck is since lol

its a case of drawbar horsepower V.S. pto horsepower, but it wasn't intended to rain on you, more to explain how a less powerful truck could come out ahead. you still won if it shuts him up
