6.0L vs. 6.0L
Well tonight I was cruising and happened to pass a 2005-2007 great CC SB leveled on 33's. It looked pretty sweet, and I noticed a big exhaust tip hanging out the side... Hmmmmm... So I went to pass him and I saw a little black smoke roll out his pipe, and we both hit it. I had about two lengths on him the whole time from 30-75, and I didn't even have it all the way to the floor (roads were still a little damp). I let off and he comes to pass me, rolls his window down and it's one of my buddies who works at the Ford dealership yellin out the window "Whaddup, Blake!? That thing is SICK!" He said he just bought the truck and he has a Banks tuner, 4" exhaust, head studs, EGR delete, and a banks intake. He pulled over and said "What you got in that thing?". I said, "Custom tunes, I whooped your tail with no smoke whatsoever!"
 He asked where from, and I told him Matt at Gearhead, and that Matt's tunes are the shiz. I told him I didn't have mine all the way to the floor and he was like "Wow, I had mine pinned!"Needless to say, I love my truck. Turns out one of his buddies was behind us in a straight piped '04 KR still with a stock tune and he couldn't keep up for nothing. He said, "Boy, you're gonna make me pull out my checkbook and get me some go fast parts now!"

aint nothing like a good ole race every once and a while. havent had to many experience where i live. couple dodges and this duramax dully that keep messin with me. its tuned and built transmission with an allison and he still cant run me. all i have is edge juice and strait pipe. i have a 6spd so i get smoked off the line but from about 30 miles an hour its on like donkey kong lol

Got some other stuff to do on my list first but gonna give custom tuning a try soon

My buddies 07 cant keep up with 03 not matter what. Already rolling he loses, he even got a jump on me from a stop and I blew by him. He didnt like that.lol
