Nice Camoflauge!!

I was on my way home yesterday just chilling (literally , just re-charged the A/C!) when a decent but well-used looking 2000 F-350 came past me. I noticed he had a huge brush guard, triple A-pillar guages and what LOOKED like a stock exaust. Then I got confused when I saw a "Triton V-8" emblem up on the front of the fender. I got curious because I just sensed that this truck was a diesel, so I started crowding him just a little so he couldn't quite get out of his lane to merge w/o getting on the gas. Sure enough he took the bait and floored it..creating a nice puff of black smoke through a straight-piped stock exaust!! Either he enjoys messing with peoples heads or needed a new fender and didn't bother taking the emblem off, but his diesel emblem on the door was removed!

Hmmmm... I kinda like it.

I'd never go so far as to lie about what was under the hood, but my badges are no longer on their either. I like the clean look, and the stealth abilities are an added bonus.

Did it actually say Triton? or just the V8? If my memory serves me correctly and I can look later.... but lil bro's truck has a V8 badge on it and his is a 99.5.

The 99s had a V8 emblem that looks like the V8 Triton, 'cept they say PowerStroke. Could that have been it?
