cummins guy= shut up

03 6.0L vs 99 24valve. the stroke had an intake and 4" exhaust and the cummins had the same plus running an Edge. both auto trans. long story short ford wins by a considerable margin. im not sure what the exact tunes were on the cummins but it wasnt a fast truck. Maybee he was a sucky driver?? guy was so sure he would never loose to a ford though, and he lost to a truck with no programmer lol.
im liking 6.0 liters more and more these days

99 24V = 200 HP at the wheel's. Less if it had a lot of miles on the trans. Edge can only do so much for limited fuel delivery, VP44.

Bone stock 6.0 is about 250 at the wheels.

It takes SOOO much more to make a cummins move than any of the v8 diesels its not funny.
A cummins needs a turbo and some fueling box bare min to even come to the party. I know I have been in the long process of building a 24 valve for a kid round my parts (hes a good kid) not your normal cummns Douche. It took a turbo quadzilla lift pump trans head studs and fire ring to run mid 13's w 35" tires. it took my old 05 Dmax I used to have A lift pump and EFILive.
