6.0 vs V6 mustang vs lexus Is

I have been laid off for about a week and have been board out of my mind. It was nice out today so decided to go for a ride. I catch a red light on a two lane road, av6 mustang with some kid and his hat turned sideways and magnaflow stickers in the rear window with duals, dont know if he had anything else, maybe an intake and tune. I was slightly in front of him (front bumper was right behind my drivers door) light turned green I heard him hit it, and i did the same. spun through first and going into second, he had about half a length on me, I reeled him in and probably had a car to a car and a half on him by 90 when i shut down. He did a ricer fly by as the road went from two lanes to one as i spun around the rotary to run back over to the two lane section where the fun was.

As I did so I was joined by a Lexus IS300, guy said he had intake/exhaust/tune when I talked to him after the race. we did a 10 mph roll I honked. He pulled a fender while I waited for my autotragic to downshift and for the little turbo lag, and neither of us pulled an inch after that till we let off at 80 when my EGTs started to get a little to high for my comfort. Guy was pretty cool taked quickly at a light, gave a wave and were both off. All in all it was a good day, makes it feel like springs allmost here and I cant wait to get to the track.

the lexus owner did say at the end that he had a D-max as a tow vehicle at his house with exhaust and tune but the trans is fubard on it, told him I would be keeping an eye out for it

I plan on racing my friend who has an is300 with just an exhaust I believe, he talks a lot of smack and I want to put him in his place. Do u think I have a chance with my 04 6.0: str8 pipe intake and innovative xtereme race? Edge insight w/ EGTs

depending on your cab configuration, I was on just a regular street tune and it was a first gen car. you should get him from a dig
