chevy lbz had a hard time

I was on my way home today coming up M-13 heading north and i see this new chevy puff a little cloud of smoke. So i just ease up to him and get along side of him and i don't see any gages or anything. So i just plant it next to him with the straight pipe bellowing and he cans it and here we are doing over 100 mph neck and neck for about 8 miles. Well then i notice, i have more pedal left so i just floor board:burnout it and pull on him and had bout 5 lengths on him then we turn into a sporting goods store and he wanted to know what i had done to my truck. All i told him was i had Superchips on the performance setting. Then he told me he had the bully dog on the crazy larry tune and the 5 in exhaust and he couldn't believe how much i pulled on him off the line and up in the top end. So after this, i felt good the rest of the way home

I'm sorry, but it's a little hard to believe. I really really hope it's true though!!!


it's just having ridden/raced my buddies LBZ with edge juice/attitude setup, 4" bully dog exhaust, and bully dog intake....There was no comparison. I'm positive your setup is faster than mine, but i am not even in the same region as his D-Max....

Well as even tyreboys said, even his dmax couldn't get out of his own way with the bully dog, until he got ppe, but I can't see a superchips tuner putting down more power than a SCT though either, so who knows. A kill is a kill. if a dmax doesn't have good tuning, than a programmed 6.0 will definatley walk it.

take that BD out and install the Edge or better yet the PPE and then race him and i believe the out come would be different but that 7.3L runs good no matter what i say..

like i stated in my post above the BD setup is a dog compared to alot of products out there for the Demax,the edge is good but has caused some computer issues for some people but it makes the demax run good..not trying to yell at ya just given you some info..

What about I think it's EFI Live, that's suppose to be the hot ticket for the dmax's isn't it??
