1997 PSD

I hate to tell a kill story about another PSD, but it was a kill nonetheless. This happened back when I first got my truck, exhaust, intake, and DP. Drove the truck over to my cousin's house to show him what the truck would do. He was the first one around our town to have a chipped PSD, and was running the old style Superchip, I think 60 horse or so, I don't remember.

On stock setting he tells me my truck feels sick , and thought it ran alright in the other settings. When we get back from the test drive he wants me to run him with my truck on 60 because his is the same (his truck is a 97 CCSB, 4x4, with 4.10 gears). Needless to say from a dead stop I stomped him to about 80 by a couple truck lengths, and on my tow setting!

He then wants me to race with my chip off, which now I wish I wouldv'e but I declined.

Anyways, it wasn't a great victory, but a victory.
