Dodge kills itself...

well today a man came to the shop, hauling his tractor...wanted new hydraulic hose put on for the loader...well he pulls in the drive in a brand new dodge 3500 cummins...a dually with them stupid lookin new fenders...he cut his truck off...came inside and talked for a while...but when he was ready to leave his truck wouldn't start...so he came in and asked if we could charge his batteries...so we did...and sure enough, it started up...before I even get his tractor into the shop, I look over and see him walking up the driveway...well I get on the Rhino and go pick him up and he says his truck just cut off and wont start again...so we charged the batteries one more time to see if it'd start back up, nope...he ended up calling the dodge dealer...they came in...(with a Ford F650 ) and hauled his truck back to the dealer to fix it...they said it was the 3rd one this month...I felt bad for the owner of the truck, because he was a nice guy...but it never gets old seeing broke down dodges

And just so you guys dont yell at me :bonk: :uzi: I like the Powerstrokes and respect as every bit as the cummins and duramax, i'm not brand loyal.........

no FIRE911, we're allowed to get on them...all of us that have posted so far are 7.3 PSD guys... not sure about Ditty and najaf4life, but I haven't had to do any hitchhiking at all with my 7.3 ...lol...i'm not bashing the 6.7, I personally, wouldn't trust spending $40K+ on a new truck from any brand out of the 3 right now...

I haven't had a single MAJOR problem with my 7.3L. I did hove some starting problems that were ALT/battery related. Never really left me 'stranded'. AFAIK, my truck has NEVER been on the back of a tow truck!!!
