6.4 vs Dodge vs Chevy

Kid from my hometown has a decent running standard equiped 05 Cummins CCSB with banks 9 position and 4 inch turbo back, and another dude has a 2004 Duramax with edge (i think) and dual 4 inch exhaust, has a relatively new tranny in it. Any way the cummins guy has been talkin mad shyte about my 6.4 so we finally found the opportunity to drag race. The duramax guy didnt show up because he doesnt know how to drive his own truck but the cummins and I ran em. Had it wound up to about 32 psi of boost and when the flagger dropped arms all I saw was open road and all the cummins saw was unburnt fuel and SUPER DUTY!! haha that cummins beat the dmax in a race a few days prior to us runnin too. hopefully this should have been enough to keep them quiet and accept the fact that my truck runs harder than theirs.

Yeah I have just been running the spartan 250 tune and loving it, lots of smoke if I want it and nice firm shifts. The kid in the dodge said from his veiw it looked like i was ratchet shifting in a muscle car for 1-2 and 2-3

I am very impressed with the 6.4s . . . I can only imagine what the 6.7's will be in the next few years all tuned up!
