Mazda RX-8

Pulled up next to a teenage punk in a red Mazda RX-8 last night. I figured he'd probably make a go for it, just from the looks of him. So, I planned to get on it pretty good, just to make sure I didn't get jumped.

At green, sure enough, he barks them pretty good and takes off, rotary squealing like a stepped-on cat. I nail it, but of course I didn't have any boost built up at all, so Bessie takes a minute to compose herself, then picks up her skirts and scoots. Coming out of 1st, he's pulled almost a full 2 lengths on me. I start to gain on him through 2nd, but once I hit 3rd I'm reeling him in like he's on a leash. As I go by, I give a quick glance over, and he's pissed, slapping his steering wheel and cussing. As soon as I get by him, he completely gets out of it.

We ended up window to window a couple lights later, and he wouldn't even pull up far enough for me to see in. So just for ****s and giggles I boosted up and roasted the back two for a second or two at the green. He could have gotten out and pushed his car faster than he took off from that light. He didn't want anything to do with me for a second run, LOL!!
