Destroying a Mustang!

I'm at a light with a brand new mustang (stick), he doesn't even have plates on it yet. There is three guys in there and they're gunning it at every light, each time I pull up to them they have ear to ear smiles. I deceided to put an end to their fun, then I remembered I am runing the economy tune which also packs a punch but not as good as my other tunes.

We're at the light, he revs it, I rev it and they look over at me.

Light turns green. He gets the jump but within three seconds we're tied.

When he goes into third gear, I passed him and he didn't stand a chance.

Next light they wasn't laughing, I just got three dumb stares and the dude in the back asks me to do it again. Next light he really revs it and I'm getting about 12lbs of boost and then we take off. Again he got the jump on me, but by the time he went into 2nd I passed him.

Next light no revs and no smiles, just took off normal and turned at the next intersection.

If I had a hotter tune I would have made him take it back to the dealer!

I love my friggin truck.

HEHEHE....that's a good one. I really wish my truck was an auto so I could have all this fun. My 6 spd shifts too slow...and I can't build boost like you AUTO guys can.

Nice kill Tony... They didn't get it the first time... they made you do it right and really wear them out. I have fun with those guys too... don't have the speed you've got.. but I've got 4wd.. and can do some good boosted launches..... Blows their mind when I walk off at the jump and blow smoke in their window while I do it!! Now if I can just get my trans upgraded!!!
