just pulled my turbo out for repaires, and I was thinkin if Ford made a truck with the turbo on top of the transmission id by it, just to have one

the turbo is in a stupid location thats a pain to get at and he is saying that.

no,its not there,its mounted just on top of the tire,you gotta wait till the tire does a full 360 degree.and you gotta be doing 85.9 miles an hour to remove the dern thing,reverse process
