newer 7.3 f350

this story occurred last sunday but i just havn't decided to post it till now...
well anyways i was seeing this dark red, really amazing looking f350 pass my house all day sunday while i was doing my downpipe/gauges... so me and my dad take my truck for a test drive at around 9:50pm and my dad is behind the wheel... well we're seein how much louder the truck is with the downpipe (oh and the cat gutted) and how much boost we can make... so we're goin down this road goin 45 in 2nd... this truck comes flyin past us but has to stop for a light that just turned red... so we pull up next to him, my dad puts it in first, holds it at about 1300-1350 rpms, we hear the guys turbo start spooling up (that was all you could hear over my stacks) and the light turns green, we got a good jump on him, his front bumper was at my rear, well my dad shifts into 2nd, he's still right there, puts it in drive, still there... my dad lets off at 65 and he flys past us (not the loser fly-by, just the kind that you keep going till you realize they stopped) well anyways we get up next to the guy and give it a few revs, he flashed his lights then made a left, we went straight.. not really a kill but it was fun seein that my truck could keep up with a newer 350... wow long story, hope it was worth it...
