6.0 vs 24V+250

Was sitting at the light tonight from 231 turning northbound on rte 4. A Cummins riding on 35's pulles up next to me - we nod - he edges up - I knew a race was on. I clicked my Banks to level 6 and waited.

Light turned green, we both turned onto northbound rte 4 and got into it - by the time I hit 4th - I was a full trucklength ahead and pulling away!.

Next light we got side by side. I powerbraked to roughly 1100rpm, light turned green - we both took off. I layed tracks - he got a slight jump on my - maybe to my door - tires hooked up and I pulled ahead - ran to about 90 and a good 2 trucklengths ahead of him.

Backed down to posted speed - 40mph, while still driving a Explorer was ahead of me, I backed down, pulled in behind him, passed the Ex, whipped into the other lane, pulled up next to him at 40mph - we took off again. I pulled away again!

Pulled up next to him at the next light - rolled windows down - asked him what he had - he said a 24V Cummins +250 chip. There was a Camaro infront of him, I passed the Camaro and headed up hill. I held my speed at 55 - he pulled up next to me and we were off again! I hit nearly 90 and was a good 2 lengths ahead again - going up hill!

4 Kills! I couldnt get him to go at it one more time! I backed down to posted speed limit - but he wouldnt pull up next to me anymore?

Of course he wouldn't go a 5th time, he was low on fuel, his tranny was slipping, and he thought he saw a cop. Besides, the first 4 were just practice runs and he wasn't really racing, he ALWAYS drives like that. Well, at least that's the story he's gonna give to his buddies.

I personally don't make a big deal of it cuz it happens nearly every day for me, if I want it to! Good Kill. I just have one word of advice, watch the street racing please, especially when there are other cars around, as you stated there were. I won't get on my soapbox, I will leave it at that.
