Dumb College kids in Towson...

So, Saturday I had to take the g/f to Timonium, MD for a Bridal Shower. Since I really didn't feel like being the only guy in a house full of women I just dropped her off and went to run some errands and drive around a little. I went out and filled the truck up b/c my fuel light was on, got a hair cut, and bought some smokey-treats. After all that, I still had about an hour until she said they would be about done, so I drove around. Well, I ended up cruising straight through Towson University. I was sitting at a light with the windows down, radio up, blasting some Steve Earl song, having a ciggy. I switched tracks and in the silence I hear this College guy who was standing on the sidewalk, "Look at this A-hole! He thinks he's a big, bad Texas boy! Looks more like a F@G to me!" Well that just about ticked me off. So I just sat there, waiting for the light to change while he and his buddies were laughing. Well, when the light changed, I slipped the clutch a little in 2nd gear and WHOOSH!!!, out comes the biggest, darkest cloud of soot I've ever seen my truck make! I looked back and as the cloud cleared (I was sitting at the next light about 1/2 a block away) they were coughing and fanning infront of their faces. I just HAD to laugh.

On top of it all, I got a little lost about 10 mins later and ended up going the opposite direction on that same street, heading back toward where the g/f was. I get to the same light where I saw them coughing from and guess who is crossing the street right in front of me??? It's the same College guy. He stares me straight in the eye as he is crossing, saying nothing. As he gets over to my passenger side I turn the Steve Earl down and say, "Was that you making a wise crack about Texas earlier?" Almost as if it was fate, he gives me the "Your #1" sign as the light is changing to green, this time he is like 2-3 feet from the passenger door and I roll on the soot again. I think it will take a few washings to get Brisco's Soot out of that White Towson U t-shirt!!!
