Prayers were answered.
FIRST RUN: I ran a 9.51 at 77
SECOND RUN: I ran 9.62 at 79 (doesn't make sense speed was higher)
THIRD RUN: This is the impressive one, I ran 11.something at 55! Woooo! (truck wouldn't shift out of 2nd gear, played with SCT too much)
FOURTH RUN: 9.68 at 78
FIFTH RUN: 9.89 at 88
If I can master my launch, I think I can get a below mid 9's. Problem is, once the turbo kicks in the wheels start spinning. When I'm at the track and I try to ease the pedal down, I get panicky when I see the ricer get away from me and I MASH IT and then start to spin for a while. I still catch the ricer, but .... I need to learn to launch.
I toasted a Mustang, Roush stage 2. OK, didn't toast but beat by a fender.
Got eaten alive by a Civic (ran an 8.5)
Got murdered by a H U G E semi truck looking chevy dually 4x4
All in all it was fun, but I need to learn to take off. My 60' times stank! High 2's.
I need to find me a set of slicks that will help me take off. A nice 12 or 14 inch wide rim.
Proverbs 21:9 It is better to live alone in the corner of an attic than with a nagging wife in a lovely home. Now you might not believe in God, Jesus or the Bible, but I'm sure you can appreciate the wisdom of that verse. Amen?
2006 PSD Dark gray.
4" turbo back exhaust (sounds amazing)
