first snow of the year

Well it is December 19 and we finally got some snow in my area of Michigan. Now it is always funny to see people drive when it snows for the first time.

So today I am on my way home cruising down I-275 by Livonia Mi.

I come accross a dodge 2500 V-10 stuck off the highway. I stop to talk to the guy. Seems he lost it on the slippery entrance ramp. Well he was stuck in the mud. So I pull him out, yepper I barely even touch the throttle. My old beast with 200,000+ miles on it pulled this truck out of the mud with ease.

This is odd weather for my area. Snow before Christmas is very rare here! Wish I didn't have to work today and yesterday... coulda made some pocket change with my truck and a chain!!

iTs a record snowfall here in the east coast...its up to 13 inches....darn global warming!!!

I always help out when I see someone in need. He wasn't stuck that bad. But he did dig himself down to the point where his truck would not move when he put it in drive or reverse. Yes it was a 4wd.

We got 23" just outside Phila. PA

Not that much and now nothing is on the ground but water.

I'm glad we haven't had any snow around here. When it rains around here people apparently forget how to drive and there is at least 1 crash every 10 miles. I don't get it.

Also, good job for stopping and helping him get out. There are a whole lot of people who won't do that anymore.
