14.0 is really impressive for your mods I think. I run a 14.7 with a 1.9 60', most be an 03 turbo thing helping you out. I have ran 1.8 60' with slower times tho.

Not really, and I fail to see where I got "all bent" in this case. I simply stated that seeing an auto (if it is one, I never saw an answer) beating a manual truck of similar power isn't really an accomplishment. Had it been a Dodge doing the same to a Ford, my response wouldn't have changed, I'm not into the whole "I hate your truck because it's not my truck" thing. I like 'em all.

I come on these sites to learn, as I'd venture to say most people do. I'd also say I know more about Cummins trucks than most people on here do, and when I see misinformation being spread, I correct it. If a 700rwhp Cummins gets outrun by a 320rwhp 'Stroker or DMax, the Cummins driver doesn't know how to drive, plain and simple. If a Cummins with 5X.014 injectors, Full Billt Goerend, 62/71/14 turbo and a huge fuel system gets outran by a lifted Ford with "gearing", someone was lying about mods, plain and simple.

You don't need me to "chill out." I'm pefectly calm, I asked a question and stated my opinion in my post, there wasn't the slightest bit of any emotion.

I blew the friggin doors off my uncles friends 24v cummins in my wife's 04 6.0, he was bad mouthing super duty's, thought he was gonna start crying offered to give him some warm milk and a hug, hehehe!!!!!!!

If you're referring to me as one of the Dodge folk who get emotional, you'd be wrong. I couldn't care less if a PowerStroke beat a Cummins, or if a Cummins beats a PowerStroke. Like I've said before, I'm here to learn about them. Did I bad mouth his truck? Did I talk up the Cummins? No, I stated my opinion, and asked him a question.

I realize this is powerstroke.org, but I don't see what that has to do with anything... I don't see why you think I'm hellbent on defending Dodge. If you didn't know, I drive a 1st Gen, AKA the red headed stepchild of Cummins trucks that no one wants to deal with. Hell, most Dodge guys don't think a 1st Gen can get over 400rwhp. I'm on no way shape or form "worried" about "Fords kicking some Cummins azz." In fact, maybe it will show ignorant Dodge owners that a 'Stoker isn't a piece of crap, and just because they have a Cummins doesn't mean they have a fast truck.

If you took the time and read my posts, you'd find I'm not the typical Dodge owner most people over here stereotype. Let me ask you something, if a Ford owner asked if he had an auto, would there be multiple quotes about it, saying he is whining? I'd say probably not. It's because I own a Dodge. Had this story been the other way around, and on a Dodge site nonetheless, I would say the same thing.

I suppose I should've said this in the first post though...

Congrats in the kill.

Did you not see the post right above you...? I also fail to see where I'm "talking crap."

If you don't mind, I'd like the link to the other thread.

FWIW Peobryant, I didn't take it as a burn on Fords in your first post that eveybody is talking about. It was a legitament question, and one that I would have asked if you hadn't

Good times. I've ran a best of 14.1 @ 93mph with a street tune from Cale. I'm going back next spring with my tuned FICM and my X-Race tune from Eric. I surprised quite a few mustangs and one cummins when I was out racing. Keep practicing your launches!
