so my sister bought a brand new 09 dodge ram 1500 gasser and i was all jacked to race her i raced the 08s no problem for the powerstroke! we lined up and i boosted as much as i could with out it spinning and took off like a bad out of heck and pulled away till second gear she then caught me and passed me like i was using my breaks..i had my far share of races and im not that slow so i guess to say did they really make the gassers that bad *** i mean 390 hp lol damn so my hats off to her but now that just means i have to gets some custom tunes

So the new 5.7 hemis are 390hp? That is crazy power for these new gasser trucks. I know a new tundra that runs at my local 1/4 mile track runs consistent mid 14's and appears bone stock. It is a base model short bed single cab with the big 5.7 V8 in it. Also bristol motor speedway is typically a half second slower then other tracks. I know the tundra can beat my 1/4mile times so far.

I have a v10 and have made most other gassers cry.anything from hemis to hondas.but the new half tons are crazy. gmc has a 6.0 that makes over 400hp.

thats crazy lol 400hp i raced a 6.0 in a denli gmc and it was a close race but i was in my chevy sport with a built engine and he was hanging with me i was shocked lol
