Thumbs up Car killed itself - in front of my house

Yes, some poor bastard's car committed suicide in front of my house yesterday. My neighbor noticed this guy walking backward down the street on his cell phone. Then he looked and saw a car up in flames! The guy was calling 911. The neighbor and I grabbed the water hose and tried to calm the fire but it still roasted the entire engine compartment of the car (Chevy Lumina). Fire truck showed up and we stood around with the neighbors and drank beer to the spectacle. After the tow truck hauled the smoldering POS away, we gave the guy a beer out of pity.
My neighbor's wife got some video - I'll see if I can get a youtube link.
