TOTAL RESTRAUNT KILL.

I drive through a small "Old Westerny" Tourist town most every day, at least one way. At one "End" Of the main street, theres an eatery with provision for "Al fresco" Dining, with a nice little covered deck/patio/dining area right on the sidewalk/street. This just happens to be located at the point where the speed limit goes from 25 to 35, I NEVER EVER SMOKE THEM. That would just be mean, cruel, and stupid. HOWEVER. I make great sport of "Group headwhipping" My daughter observes from the passenger seat, and at the point where the speed limit changes, I goose it just enough to make it roar suddenly. As you all well know, a chipped, straight piped 7.3 is LOUD off of idle and right through the 1st gear band, especially when its echoing off of alot of buildings. My daughter counts the percentage of patio diners whos heads whip around in startled surprise. Yesterday, I was informed by her that for the first time ever, I achieved a 100percent headwhip factor, even flinching the few passers by on the street, and the waitress who was serving the patio area. Wakey wakey everyone. DIESEL. ITS FAN TASTIC. No, I do not do it every single day, but I do do it on a semi regular basis. Flame me if you need to, but know theres never soot involved, only that beautiful roaring sound of MASSIVE POWER.

lol i did the same **** on Fathers day to some nice mexican restuartant. I was tuning my truck on the road behind it where the patio and live band was. So I did a couple of 4wd launches and ****.

When I cam back for the 2nd one, the owner (white) comes and puts his hands in my window. wtf?

Lol, so all day I did it and revved it loud and everything.

So your confused as to why a restaurant owner wouldnt want a loud truck disrupting his patrons? Why does the color of his skin come into play? Your story sounds a little off. I am all about roasting a set of tires, rollin coal, and enjoying our trucks but to intentially repeatedly go out and mess with people trying to enjoy a meal is kinda silly.

for real.. i love goosing under an overpass..or through downtown late at night when nobody's around or through the tunnel in mobile,al( now that's awesome!!!) cause it the echo sounds awesome coming out of a cummins with 5in turbo back.. but to do it in somebody's face is disrespectfull..i hate it when people do stupid crap and get pissed when the other party gets offended!!..like him saying wtf?!! when the owner put his hands in his window...i'm sure he was thinking the same thing..

Amen. As stated, I dont make an effort to do it as often as I pass through there, and if a manager or owner approaches me about it, or I see them flailing their arms as I pass with the WTF look, Ill never do it again. Im naughty, but Im NOT completely disrespectful.

The one thing they have in common is that they are not intentionally, deliberately disturbing anyone's peace and quiet.

I think that intentionally making enough noise to "headwhip" every single person in a restaurant is obnoxious. "even flinching the few passers by on the street." Sheesh. Let people enjoy a nice dinner.
