Jeepin in pa.

Hey guys me and a few of my buddies are commin to pa. This weekend. My friend has famliy that live on the boarder of singshiney and plymoth, im towing a cummins jeep and a yj out to go do some explorin in the coal mine areas. Any of you guys out that way?

Unless you have private land to off road on, there isn't much off roading open to the public. There is only like 4 parks open to the public.

My fried has family that own some land out near wilks barre. He says theres some abandoned coal mines out there that alot of people go off roading on.

We go to Trevorton. Reading Coal Company has like 20,000 acres with mud holes big enough to swallow a jeep with an FJ on top. It's about an hour and half south west of Wilkes Barre. You are suppose to have a permit ($100) but they only look for these on holiday weekends.

p.s. Barbie called and she wants her Jeep back

Wow that thing is sick. I thaught we had a good amount of hrs. In building the cummins jeep, that deffinatly has a little more time invested. We plan on making trips over the summer to do some wheelin im open to any suggestions on places to go.

Nice fit. We go about once a month starting in mid-April. I sold that truck in the fall...now I wish I had it back but I'm a Ford guy and didn't like having a Government Motors vehicle on my property...especially after seeing my paycheck take a hit this year.
