Inspection Emission questions for PA members

Ok how many are getting there trucks inspected with the Spartan/H&S/SCT or any other tuner with the DPF/CAT Delete? Also are you taking it to a big place or some mom/pop shop? I live in the south central part of the state. I don't have a tuner yet but it's coming close. Can anyone tell me the problems or concerns I may be having? Or do you just put the exhaust and stuff back on for emissions?
I didn't get anything in the Pennsylvania section so maybe I will get some answers here!!!

PA DEP I/M - Information for Drivers in "Other Counties" if you live in franklin county you dont have to do emissions testing.

I knew that becuase I have my license but I was wondering how those guys are doing it or aren't they noticing that the the PDF is removed or missing?
