Ok guys, I talked to the shirt guy today and got all the details. Here's the scoop. Shirts are a better deal when sold in increments of 12, 24, 36, etc. They are $10 each when ordered 12 at a time, $9.50 each for 24, $8.50 each for 36. I figure we'll probably get them 12 at a time because frankly, I'm not worried about saving 50 cents. They are $10 each up to XL, each extra X is $1 more (XXL are $11, XXXL are $12, etc.) As for the shirts themselves, there are hundreds of colors to choose from, he's supposed to send me a link so we can look at the colors. You can choose any color you want for $10. The logo color is where it can get a little more expensive. He charges $10 each time he has to change the ink color. Say for example, if 6 people wanted a white shirt and 6 people wanted a black shirt and the people with black shirts wanted white ink and the people with white shirts wanted black ink, (12) XL shirts would cost $130 making them $10.83 each. If all 12 people wanted a different color shirt with different color logos, they would be $20 each. Long story short, we need to try and order shirts by season, i.e., order darker color shirts now so we can get white or a similar color logo and then if people want more shirts in the spring, order some lighter color shirts with a darker logo. I don't think I've seen anyone that wants a white shirt so I figure that white ink would work best for our first order.

I'm attaching the shirt list that I have so far, I have 8 people that want shirts so far not including myself or my fiance. I'll buy a couple extra for myself to make it to at least 12. There are some people that didn't specify what shirt color they want so please reply in this thread with what you want
