Now, I'm looking at how much it's gonna cost to finish my basement. We dropped off our measurements to Lowe's today. I hope I'm not shocked when we get the estimate

Making a bedroom, a living room and a storage room. I'm thinking $5k will put a pretty major dent in it but after some reading, I might be wrong. It's not going to be anything extravagant, just want it to look nice

Haha yeah 5k should do a good dent if your doing the work.. if not.. then it might suck a little. I built a room onto my parents house a few years ago and about 7k deep and we had flooring. haha
