does isspro make something like this?

glowshift makes this 3 in 1 gauge that i really like but there quality is sometimes not up to par. as far as im concerned isspro makes the best gauges, but my budget is very low. however if isspro made a slick combination gauge like the glowshift i will save my money so i can have a quality and reliability of isspro. here is the link

The short answer is that we have looked at such a design, but are waiting for components to be compact enough to build a decent quality unit within the size constraints.

The closest thing we make is an "old school" combo boost and pyro gauge in 3" diameter.

The example you cited is even more of an oddball size (60 mm) so there would be trouble finding mounting solutions for it. We have investigated making some similar combo gauges, but the current designs for stepper motors take up too much real estate in the gauge. There have been a few press releases in recent years for more compact stepper motors, if any of these actually make it into production then we could build a compact combination gauge.
