A few days ago I hooked up a heavy duty switch directly across the major lugs on the relay so when I needed to start the truck, I manually overrode the relay. Guess what, she started up every time. I've since replace the relay - I hope this one lasts longer. At least now I'm back in business and I know what when wrong ... thanks to the forum.

WELCOME TO THE SITE. GLAD TO HEAR YOU GOT YOUR TRUCK RUNNING. I HAVE REPLACED SEVERAL OF THOSE RELAYS ON CUSTOMER VEHICLES. AT LEAST THE GLOW PLUGS WEREN'T BURNT UP. GLAD TO HAVE YA ABOARD.
